Khafji - KSA canopy

MASQ worked on Al khafji border crossing which is the link between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait by providing the Lighting design and development of the project.  

For this project, our main concept revolves around creating a unique experience for visitors while entering or leaving the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our proposal is to install screens that can display 3D animation scenes along with some RGBW lights. 

Led mesh and outdoor 360 circular screens are installed along the canopy frame. This helps create a visually stunning and technologically advanced lighting installation that aims to display different content, announcements, and ads. The mesh and the screens can display intricate details with their high-resolution properties and will accommodate the ability to customize various content types.

This lighting scheme transitions to adapt to the time of day. Also, it is a solution that utilizes energy efficient LED technology to minimize power consumption.

With dynamic lighting effects, symbolic representation, and environmental considerations, the design not only enhances the aesthetics of the border area but also adds a touch of spectacle, cultural significance, and sustainability to the overall experience.
